AgentCron is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the timing, execution, or delivery of scheduled tasks, nor uninterrupted service. Scheduled times are best-effort and may be delayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for your use, your configured destinations, and any webhooks you ask us to call. Governed by the laws of Japan; exclusive jurisdiction: Tokyo District Court.
